With Anna’s Chicken fricassee with pesto and sun-blushed tomatoes, Olly paired Taste the Difference Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG 2019 from Sainsbury’s (£8).

With Adam’s Clementine and gin-cured salmon, Olly paired Finest Blanquette de Limoux 2018 from Tesco (£9.50).
