Olly, host Matt Tebbutt and guest Fay Ripley celebrated Burns Night in style with a selection of fine Scottish drinks and Olly paired some corking wines with the Asian dishes prepared by Ching-He Huang and legendary chef Ken Hom.

With Chings, Tender pork belly with rice parcels, Olly paired Irresistible Viognier Pays d’Oc 2018, Co-op (£8.00).

With Ken’s Steamed Cantonese-style fish, Olly’s paired the unique Chateau Changyu White Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 from China. Available at Ocado, £11.99 (was £17.99)

For guest Fay Ripley’s food heaven of Crab salad with crab bon bons and bacon aioli, Olly paired Aldi’s Exquisite Sud de France Rosé 2019 (£5.99).
