Olly’s Roaring Rum Punch!—

Roaring Rum Punch by Olly Smith – as seen on Saturday Kitchen

Pour 90ml mango juice, 90 ml pineapple juice, 90ml lime juice, 160ml Rumbullion, 50ml of sugar syrup, a very generous slug of grenadine syrup and a big dash of angostura bitters into a jug over ice cubes around an hour in advance and leave in the fridge.

To serve, pour from the jug into tulip or hurricane glasses full of ice cubes, garnish with orange peel twists and a grate of nutmeg over the juice.
