Olly Smith’s Delicious Strawberry Daiquiri—

Serves 6

1.5kg/3lb 5oz fresh strawberries, hulled
300g/10½oz ice
300g/10½oz vanilla ice cream
300ml/10fl oz white rum
1 lime, juice only

Put the strawberries in a blender and blitz. Pass through a sieve then return to the blender.

Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until smooth.

Serve in martini glasses
