Olly was in the BBC Saturday Kitchen studio last Saturday morning with Matt Tebbutt, chefs Sabrina Ghayour and James Cochran and special guest, actor David Caves.

With Sabrina’s Mushroom Doner, Olly paired Franziskaner Hefe Weissbier from Waitrose (£1.80).

With James’ Jerk spiced shoulder of goat, Olly paired Anspach & Hobday Sesssion Porter from Majestic (£12.96 for 6).

For David’s delicious food Heaven of Chateaubriand with a bone marrow sauce, Olly paired Finest Puemo Carmenere 2017 from Tesco (£9.00).
