Heat-seeking nostrils—
With his heat-seeking nostrils and bristling taste buds, Olly tastes hundreds of wines per week.
Olly is currently a Senior Judge for the International Wine Challenge and has a wealth of judging experience working for such contests as The Decanter Awards, The Top 100 Wines of Spain, The Fairtrade Wine Competition and Vin de Pays Top 100.
Olly has also been called upon to judge chefs competitions, ice cream challenges, tomato sauce wars, butter disputes and tea-offs.
