Laverstoke Park Farm Field to Fork Festival—
Olly was chuffed to appear at Laverstoke Park Farm Field to Fork Festival, 9th & 10th June 2012. Combining country show with food festival, it was a great day out for all the family with lots to do for all ages – together.
Olly will be joined the line up, hosting wine tasting workshops throughout the weekend.

The festival included:
Workshops for the Whole Family
bread making, butter making, cheese and ale matching, wine tasting, ice-cream making as well as showing everybody how we make Laverstoke Park mozzarella.
Activities
tractor-trailer tours of the farm, watching the buffalo being milked, woodland walks with story telling, meeting the animals, live music, children’s create, make and take activities, BBQ Bush tucker trials, foraging, cook your own bbq, ice cream parlour, organic ale bar, hot food area, as well as a producers market area.
BBQ Championships
The festival is host to the semi finals of the British BBQ Championship. There will be 20 of the UK’s most exciting chefs all battling it out on the coals with their sights set on the title of ‘British BBQ Champion 2012.” People can watch the drama unfold as the chefs face judgment from our panel of revered and feared food critics.
James Martin will be at the helm of the amateur BBQ Champs on Saturday, BBQ enthusiasts will be out to impress James and his panel of judges who will also be conducting chef demonstrations in our 300 seat demo marquee.
